For the volunteer who holds the team's money
Dues, lined up.
Add up the season, take off what sponsors and fundraisers bring in, and Duesline works out what each player owes, when each payment is due and who is behind. By player number, never by name.
Free, no sign-up. Team Pass $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year, free during preview.

ROUNDED UP TO $5 · EXTRA $10.00 STAYS WITH THE TEAM
Three lines between a season and a balanced book
-
01
Add up the season
League fees, field or ice time, referees, uniforms, tournaments, insurance: pick each cost from a list and type the dollars. Then the money already coming in: sponsors, fundraisers, last season's leftovers.
-
02
Split it fairly
Say how many players pay and how many spots the team covers. Add a cushion for surprises, round up to $1, $5 or $10, and pick up to 2 due dates (6 with the Team Pass). You get dues per player and an installment schedule you can print.
-
03
Track it by number
Save the plan to a private Dues Book and record payments against player numbers. Every number shows paid, on track, behind or not yet due. You keep the list of which number is which family.
The Dues Book
Who's paid, who's behind, at a glance
After each practice, record what came in: player number, amount, date and cash, check or payment app. The ledger knows which installments are due today and marks every number. Totals show what is collected and what is still out.
- No account and no email: the Dues Book opens from a private link you keep
- Numbers only: there is nowhere to type a name
- Undo any payment you recorded by mistake
| No. | Paid | Balance | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $230.00 | $0.00 | Paid |
| 2 | $115.00 | $115.00 | On track |
| 3 | $0.00 | $230.00 | Behind |
| 4 | $115.00 | $115.00 | On track |
What Duesline never does
- Never touches the money. Families pay you the way they always have. Duesline does the arithmetic and keeps the tally.
- Never asks for a child's name. Players are numbers. Nothing here holds a name, a photo, a phone number or a practice or game schedule.
- Never writes to families. It sends no email or texts. You print the dues sheet or read out the numbers.
- Never sells your data. No ads, no trackers, nothing from other websites on any page.
Free to plan. $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year for the full ledger.
