Numbers only
Duesline is built so that it never holds a name. Last changed October 13, 2026.
What we keep
- The planner keeps nothing. The numbers travel in the page address so you can bookmark or reload them, and they appear in our web server's access log like any web address.
- A Dues Book keeps its plan (sport, season, year, player and covered counts, cost and money-in amounts with their categories, cushion, rounding and due dates) and its payments (player number, amount, date and cash/check/app/other). There is no field for a name, an email address, a phone number or a note.
- The Dues Book's key is stored only in scrambled form (a SHA-256 hash). Your browser keeps the key in a cookie so the Dues Book opens again; the link's key sits after the # sign, which browsers do not send to servers.
- Access logs: the web server keeps standard access logs (address, time, page) as every website does.
- Rate limits keep a salted, scrambled form of your connection's address, counted per day and deleted after two to three days, to stop floods of new Dues Books and payments.
What we never do
No accounts, no email, no ads, no analytics, no trackers, nothing loaded from other websites, and nothing sold or shared. Cookies: the Dues Book key and a security token for forms; no others.
Children
Duesline is for adults who manage a team's money. It is designed so that no information about a player, child or adult, beyond a number can be entered.
Backups and deletion
Deleting a Dues Book removes it and its payments at once. Database backups are made nightly and before and after each update; any that may still hold it are deleted after 14 days. The whole server is also backed up for disaster recovery; those backups are replaced on their own rotation.
Who runs it
WeldonPC.com, Garfield Heights, Ohio. Duesline is unofficial and not connected with any school, team or booster club.
