What Duesline is
A calculator and a ledger for a team's dues. It does arithmetic on the numbers you enter and keeps them in a Dues Book if you ask it to. It does not collect, hold or send money, and it is not a bank, a payment service or an accountant. You decide what your team charges; check the numbers before you share them.
Unofficial
Duesline is not the Garfield Heights City School District, its schools, teams or boosters, and does not speak for them.
Your Dues Book
A Dues Book opens with its private link. Anyone who has the link can see and change it, so keep it private. If you lose the link we cannot recover it: we store only a scrambled form of it. You can delete a Dues Book at any time. A Dues Book that nobody opens for 400 days, without a running Team Pass, is deleted.
The Team Pass
Team Pass: $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year, through PayPal once payments are switched on. Until then every Pass feature is free and nothing is charged. A Team Pass renews automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in PayPal, and the Pass runs to the end of the month or year already paid; we do not give refunds for part of a month or year unless the law requires it.
Fair use
Do not use Duesline to store anything other than what its forms ask for, to overload it, or to break it. We may limit how many Dues Books or payments one connection can add in a day.
No warranty
We work to keep the math right and the site running, but it is provided as is. Keep your own copy of anything that matters (the Team Pass CSV download helps). WeldonPC is not liable for decisions made from its numbers.
